We have some big news to share for our track and field complex at Del Luce Stadium!
Ellsworth School Department is now accepting bids for a complete track replacement project, including a new all‑weather 400‑meter track and upgraded field event areas. Contractors interested in being part of this major facility improvement can review the full Request for Bids below. Proposals are due January 28, 2026. The project includes removal of the existing 8‑lane asphalt track, installation of a new all‑weather 400‑meter surface, and upgrades to field event areas such as long jump, triple jump, pole vault, high jump, shot put, and discus. Key dates include a site walk on January 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM, a deadline for bidder questions on January 20 at 4:00 PM, and a bid submission deadline of January 28 at 4:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened on January 29 at 9:00 AM, and we will award a contract shortly after.
